A Three-Month Cohort Program
The Mythic Romance and Heroic Adventure — a path to healing, longevity, and transformation.
This is for the woman who needs to be done.
For the woman who is done
This is for the woman who knows there is a better way for her to be in her life, in her body, and in her relationships — but who does not yet have a clear map to get there.
She is questioning how she got here and is plotting the next move. Maybe she is trying to find her way to the semi-mythical-possibly-fantasy-certainly-longed-for "other place" that feels better than today.
She has tried before. Probably many times before. The therapy, the retreat, the program a friend swore by, the cleanse, the supplements. Maybe she just fell out of the habit of being who she authentically wanted to be. Maybe it is in the diet or the hormones or the bloodwork or the exercise — but also, maybe not.
Where is the romance-novel or the adventure-story ending you thought you were promised? Who wrote this storyline anyway, and when did you agree to play this role in it? Do you really need a new prescription — or just a new script?
It can be hard to tell, in the cacophony of information and opinions and conflicting advice and contradictory research, where the answers actually lie for you — you specifically. Not you the woman of generalities. Not the generic woman who can be defined by statistical averages. You: the woman who needs to surface her inner wisdom so that it becomes her North Star.
This twelve-week program is both a call to adventure and an invitation to surrender your outer problems for your inner truth. Designed by a functional-medicine woman doctor who is also an instructor of meditation, mythic archetypes, and contemplative traditions from Taoism to Yoga.
Medicine, Myth, and Meditations on Identity
Myth and story seep into us from our earliest moments of awareness. They draw the borders of a life — what we believe is possible, what we believe is allowed, how we speak to ourselves in the dark, how we love, how we age, how we judge ourselves. Most of us never chose these stories consciously. We grew up with them, we absorbed them, and they quietly defined the limits of our experience and our expectations.
In talks, classes, embodied practices, protocols, community support, and private explorations, the mythic architecture of ancient female power is brought to challenge the modern stories that have been running like secret codes in our subconscious — the codes that have been defining our lived experience without ever asking our permission.
You'll Walk Two Paths At Once
The Adventure
The framework of human transformation: the hero leaves their comfort zone, faces trials, undergoes a metamorphosis, and returns home permanently changed with newfound wisdom.
In this program we discover whether you have heeded the call to your own adventure, faced your shadows, slayed your dragons, met mentors and allies along the way and kept them. In this part of your story we gather the strengths and the gifts that are unique to the trials you survived — and in that acknowledgment, you can carry them into the next chapter.
The Romance
The slower, more intimate, private work of falling back in love with yourself, your life, and your body. If the Hero's Journey is the metaphor and meaning of the masculine aspect of your strength, the Romance is the longing for union — between the disciplined, structured, noble masculine and the wild, generative, sensual feminine.
The Romance is how you surrender to your own buried power, and the union with Nature and Spirit and the Beloved — in whatever form the Beloved takes for you. Here we trace how the ancient traditions and mythologies express themselves in our desires and fears, and through ancient and modern practices we learn to cultivate a reawakening of vitality and ease by showing up for the truths hidden in plain sight: in the instincts, intuitions, heart-wisdoms, and the often-ignored power inherent in a woman's body.
What's Included
You'll move through the spiraled progression of discovery with mentors, allies, and a circle of women on the same journey.
What You Leave With
You stop living an identity that no longer serves you. You command the powers of ancient archetypes and no longer submit to inherited stories crafted for you to define you. You come into a power that was always yours — and you will know how to use it to shape new habits in your mind and your daily choices, whether those choices are about how you eat, move, love, or shape the world around you.
The techniques, exercises, and protocols of crafting and then embodying your chosen identity are aligned with the deepest female lineages and wisdoms. This unity of being — connected with greater patterns in nature — unlocks your capacity to heal and to alter your destiny.
The twelve weeks are not the whole journey. They are the door, and good company for the first stretch of the road.

The 12-Week Curriculum
The 3-month program weaves the masculine narrative frame of the Call to Adventure alongside the Divine Romantic Love story that is unique to each woman. A woman falls in love with her own life in her own time and in her own way. This part of her is her personal alchemy that transcends the concept of achievement to embrace the art of being.
Phase One · Weeks 1–3
Audit the subconscious scaffolding and separate the authentic self from societal programming.
Week 1
Focus. Unpacking the "adopted narrative" vs. the "internal truth." The difference between the Romance Story and the Hero's Journey: how culture, family, religion, and society try to tell us what we are supposed to be, to want, and to achieve.
Week 2
Focus. The story of the wounded woman, the dangerous woman, and the acceptable woman. Recognizing where the "agreed-upon script" is a trap and how to escape the obvious and the hidden traps. Understanding the power of Heroic mythology and Romantic alchemy and where to find yourself in the tales.
Week 3
Focus. Learning the difference between the ancient powerful female archetypes and the modern tamed and sanitized stereotypes of girls and women. Understanding the dark archetypes and the truths they help us face. The power of the dark romantic figure and the longing for union, and how it shapes our inner and outer relationships.
Phase Two · Weeks 4–6
Move from the mind into the body. Understand the cycle of death, transformation, and rebirth in creating new identities and stories to live by.
Week 4
Focus. Voluntary identity deconstruction; grieving the version of yourself you built to survive. The necessary "breakup" with your old patterns and beliefs, and the resistance to depending on external validation and societal expectations.
Week 5
Focus. Learning to decode the secret knowledge in your body — its wisdoms, emotions, power, and accuracy. The Heroine chooses when to sacrifice her body in service to her goals or others or to give life, but also when to cultivate and nurture herself, to bring about her own healing and that of the world she is a part of.
Week 6
Focus. Embracing the archetypes of the untamed, creative, radiant, and nurturing feminine energy. Asking, demanding, attracting, enchanting, and seducing the world. Discovering inner abundance — realizing the love, safety, pleasure, and validation sought from the outside world must be self-generated first.
Phase Three · Weeks 7–9
Reconcile the internal masculine and feminine energies and heal the wounding of the heart.
Week 7
Focus. Balancing the feminine and masculine aspects in how we approach all of life, healing, change, and relationship. Reclaiming the healthy internal masculine: boundaries, structure, focus, and protection of the self.
Week 8
Focus. Integrating mind and vision and linear thought (masculine structure) with body and intuition and feeling and heart (feminine flow). The true "Romance" climax — the passionate, unbreakable union of the Heroine's own internal masculine and feminine, as well as how to relate to the external Beloved.
Week 9
Focus. Cognitive restructuring and designing the new narrative blueprint based on empowerment. Choosing actions and thought processes to live the chosen story.
Phase Four · Weeks 10–12
Step into the world as a self-authored being and implement the new identity across multiple aspects of life.
Week 10
Focus. Stepping into the higher archetypes of embodiment — practices that cleanse and release the stored history in the body and awaken new possibilities. The transformation reveals itself externally through posture, voice, boundaries, and presence.
Week 11
Focus. Testing the new identity against old triggers, relationships, and environments. Holding onto self-love and sovereignty when external pressures try to pull you back into the old script.
Week 12
Focus. Sustaining the self-authored identity and using your reclaimed power to create conscious community and/or conscious partnership. The happily-ever-after — living life as a deeply romantic, self-determined, and embodied masterpiece.
