Before You Ask

What a couples massage here actually includes.

It is a fair question and most places make you call to find out. Here is the whole of it:

The same room

Two tables, side by side, in a room built for it — not two appointments in two separate rooms at the same hour.

Two therapists

Both of you are worked on at the same time, start to finish. Nobody waits in a robe.

Full body, then feet

A full-body massage for each of you, followed by reflexology — thirty minutes of real foot work, which is what we are known for.

Hot & cold stones

Alternating warm and cool stones to open circulation and reach deep tension. Included, if you want them.

Therapeutic vibration

Vibration tools to move lymph and loosen held fascia. Also included, also optional.

Your choice of depth

Relaxation massage, or clinical bodywork aimed at something that actually hurts. You do not both have to pick the same.

No card needed to book, and no add-on surprises at the end. The stones and the vibration tools are part of the package, not an upsell at the table.

Four Packages

Pick the length, then pick the depth.

Every price below is for the two of you together. Each package includes a full-body massage plus thirty minutes of reflexology for each person, with stones and vibration if you want them.

Couples Relaxation Full Body with Foot Zen — 60 + 30 min

60 minutes full body, then 30 minutes of reflexology, each.

Swedish and nervous-system-calming work for stress, tension and tired tissue — then the feet. The shorter escape.

Couples Relaxation Full Body with Foot Zen — 90 + 30 min

90 minutes full body, then 30 minutes of reflexology, each.

The same work, with the time to actually get somewhere. Two hours on the table for each of you.

Couples Clinical Full Body with Foot Zen — 60 + 30 min

60 minutes clinical bodywork, then 30 minutes of reflexology, each.

For couples who do not want a spa hour so much as the thing fixed — deep tissue, myofascial release, and trigger point work aimed at what hurts. Come down off the mountain and get put back together, both of you.

Couples Clinical Full Body with Foot Zen — 90 + 30 min

90 minutes clinical bodywork, then 30 minutes of reflexology, each.

The full clinical session for both of you, feet included. The most thorough thing we do for two people at once.

Not sure which? Relaxation is a spa massage for stress and recovery. Clinical is therapeutic work aimed at a specific problem. See the difference → Or call and we will help you choose.

Gift Certificates

It is a good present.

A couples package is one of the easier gifts to get right — an anniversary, a birthday, a wedding, a thank-you, or the holidays. We will put any package on a certificate, and whoever receives it calls to pick their own date.

Certificates do not expire on a clock we keep secret, and the person using it chooses relaxation or clinical when they book.

Why Here

A couples massage that is still real bodywork.

Plenty of places will put two people in a room with scented candles. Fewer will put two trained therapists on you who can also tell you why your hip hurts. This is a clinical practice led and trained by a functional longevity doctor — every practitioner here is licensed, certified, and in ongoing advanced and medical-massage training.

So you can have the easy hour. You can also have the hour that fixes something. We specialize in the aches and pains of runners, hikers, and skiers — and in the ordinary damage of decades.

And the feet are not an afterthought here. They are the whole foundation of how we work: reflexology and the Foot Journeys →
