The Philosophy

The Body Remembers How to Heal

Give the body what it was made for, and it remembers how to heal.

Everything we teach rests on one idea: the body has an incredible capacity to adapt at any age, using the elements it was designed to respond to — earth, sun, breath, hot, cold, the pressure of skilled hands, and the medicine in plants.

Where modern tools serve that same end — red light, sound, vibration — we don't treat them as biohacking gadgets. We treat them as the ancient signals made accessible and easy in a modern environment. Light guides biorhythms and activates cellular processes; therapeutic vibration is the old language of drum and chant and dance.

Low-tech and high-tech, one philosophy. Give the body what it was made for, and it remembers how to heal.

Morning Classes

Morning

Reclaim, Recover, and Maintain the Architecture and Function of your Pain-free Vitality.

Medical Qi Gong for Longevity

Gentle movements out of antiquity — stretches that harmonize with nature, core strength and balance designed to cultivate longevity, vitality, and a deep sense of peace.
Tue / Thu / Sat  ·  8:00 AM

For the body that's tired in a way the gym doesn't fix — stiff, depleted, aching, and stressed.

The primary style taught is the Jinjing (Tendon & Channel) School of Qigong, a rare nourishing-life lineage passed directly through Master Wang Qingyu in direct transmission to Dr. Sara Hazel. Jīn 筋 (tendon) holds the form; Jīng 经 (channel) embodies the formless. Jinjing Gong is a living study of form and formless, encouraging you to align personal cultivation with the season and cosmological shifts.

Sage Longevity Method

Discover the powerful postures and natural movements that redesign your body.
Tue / Thu  ·  9:00 AM

For the human who has noticed their joints, their back, their movement, and their vitality are not what they were — or who has seen the effects of damage and aging on the generations before them.

We focus on the foundations that can resist the impact of time and trauma. We rebuild the architecture from the ground up: the ignored feet, the stiff spine, the aches in new places, the tech neck, and the brain fog. Old-school and relentless about the unglamorous basics that actually decide how you age. The foundation for everything else is how we stand, sit, and move through our lives — how we inhabit our bodies.

Functional Foot Gym

Start where you stand.
Wed  ·  9:00 AM

For hikers, walkers, and anyone whose feet are now overly domesticated in their shoes.

26-plus bones in each foot, most of them now jammed and immobile. 200,000 nerve endings hypersensitive, painful, or numb. We open and wake the feet — returning strength, mobility, sensation, circulation, balance, and control.

How the foot functions affects your knees, your hips, your back, even your head and neck. The way your body moves and ages begins at the ground level and works its way up. The older we get, the more our foot health determines balance, strength, and fall risk.

Brain & Brilliance

Neck, head, eyes & mind — better circulation, posture, and clarity.
Sat  ·  9:00 AM

For the foggy brain, eyes strained by screens, and the mind stressed.

This class focuses on correcting the forward-headed lean of the modern screen and the sedentary lifestyle. Eye strain therapies and eye release exercises are included. The class addresses current issues and aims to decrease future brain risks.

We release the neck and its deep fascia, decompress the head off the shoulders, and settle the whole nervous system into the rest that the brain needs to support clearing inflammation and doing repair work — using alignment correction, breath, warmth, botanical oils, sound, and vibration.

Barefoot Medicine & Movement

Natural healing meets modern functional longevity.
First Sunday of the month  ·  10:00 AM

A class for recovery, health, and correction.

Movements designed for range of motion, joint recovery, pain relief, and strength. Western exercise physiology combined with very gentle yoga and qi gong movements. Woven through with self-applied manual fascia release, therapeutic hot and cold stones for circulation and anti-inflammatory effects, and medicated botanical oils. Vibration plates and tools, gentle bouncing and shaking move lymph and stimulate cellular activity.

Medicine, exercise, and natural therapies in one class. Designed and taught by doctors — you will leave transformed that day and with new self-care skills.

Evening Classes

Evening

Deep states of release and restoration for the body and mind.

Yoga Nidra & Yin Flow

Slow gentle yoga followed by guided Yoga Nidra — done lying down, for the deepest mind and nervous-system reset.
Tue  ·  7:00 PM

For the very depleted — the ones who can't slow down, the wired-and-tired, the anxious, the chronically braced, the jet-lagged, the ones with not enough sleep and not enough stop in a life.

Designed to allow the body and mind to achieve the states of ease and parasympathetic calm where real healing and repair happen. Long-held, supported postures open the connective tissue and are followed by a practice with guided imagery that brings you to the threshold of sleep and the deep muscle release of Yoga Nidra. In this class we explore the power of the subtle — of stillness and body silence — as one of the most powerful states of health restoration.

The Sensual Unwind

Fascia, pleasure, and the slow undoing of held form.
Thu  ·  7:00 PM

For the body that has been held — bracing through deadline, season, decade. The chronic clench that no amount of stretching dislodges; the connective tissue set around the shape of effort, that has forgotten the shape of ease.

The work draws on a counter-intuitive clinical principle: the nervous system releases held tension more deeply, more permanently, through sensation that registers as pleasure than through sensation that registers as effort or pain. Where there is pleasure, the body's protective bracing relaxes; what was guarded becomes available; fascia glides, breath deepens, the parasympathetic settles in.

In practice: gentle natural movements (twists, slow stretches, micro-anchoring of skin and fascia), self-applied compression with the hands and props, the deliberate cultivation of sensation — warmth, length, slow pressure, breath. You leave with looser fascia, longer breath, and a small repertoire of self-applied moves to carry home.
