Full-Body & Clinical Bodywork

Massage that treats the problem, not just the hour.

Two tiers, one standard: therapeutic massage tailored to what hurts, with clinical tools available in the same session. Tell us where it hurts; we'll build the hour around it.

The clinical toolkit — add-ons for any session

Add-on therapies are an extra fee. Ask for any of these when you book, or let your practitioner suggest what fits.

AcupuncturePain, tension, and nervous-system reset.
CuppingReleases stuck tissue and moves blood through tight backs and shoulders.
Gua ShaFrees fascia and old adhesions; excellent for necks and knotted areas.
Hot & Cold StoneHeat to soften, cold to calm inflammation — often both in one session.
Red & Infrared LightSupports tissue repair and recovery; pairs with any massage.
Compression & PoulticeCompression leg massage and moor-mud poultice for tired legs and joints.

A teaching Center: every practitioner is in ongoing advanced and medical-massage training under Dr. Hazel.

Relaxation or Clinical?

Spa massage and clinical massage are not the same thing.

Both are real, skilled work. The difference is the goal: one helps your whole system come down; the other goes after a specific problem.

Spa · Relaxation Massage

For a body that is tired, tense, or stressed

  • Best for: stress and tension, poor sleep, sore muscles after a big day, and simply feeling better in your body.
  • Techniques: Swedish massage, and nervous-system-calming modalities such as craniosacral work, with pressure set by you.
  • The goal: calm the nervous system, ease circulation, and let tight tissue soften.

60 min $95 · 90 min $135 · 120 min $185

Clinical · Therapeutic · Medical Massage

For something specific that hurts or keeps coming back

  • Best for things like: back and neck pain, plantar fasciitis and foot pain, hips, knees, hands and shoulders, old injuries, and chronic pain.
  • Techniques: assessment first, then any combination of the needed therapeutic massage techniques: deep tissue, myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point release, and/or lymphatic drainage. Additional add-on therapies are available for an extra fee, such as red light, cupping, gua sha, or hot and cold stones when the tissue needs it.
  • The goal: change how the tissue moves and how much it hurts.

60 min $130 · 90 min $185 · 120 min $250

Still not sure? Book Relaxation if you mostly want to feel better. Book Clinical if something specific hurts. Or call (928) 444-9411 and we’ll help you choose.

Runners · Hikers · Skiers

We specialize in the aches and pains of runners, hikers, and skiers.

Flagstaff sits at 7,000 feet, with trails in every direction, Snowbowl up the hill, and the Grand Canyon an hour and a half away. The bodies that come through our door carry the miles: tight calves and hamstrings, sore heels and arches, hips and knees after a long descent, low backs after a ski day, and necks and shoulders from packs and falls.

RunnersCalves, hamstrings, hips, plantar fasciitis, and the foot and lower-leg pain that builds mile after mile.
HikersFeet, knees, and low backs after the Canyon or the peaks — plus shoulders and necks from carrying a pack.
SkiersQuads, knees, hips, and backs after a day at Snowbowl, and the old injuries that wake up every winter.
